All our prices are incl. VAT and in Danish kroner.

SHIPPING

We only send to addresses in Denmark.

All our goods are packed securely so that they are well protected during transport. The goods are sent with PostNord.

Shipping price in Denmark:
Package with home delivery DKK 60.00.
Package with shop delivery DKK 45.00.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have a 2-year right to make a complaint. This means that if the item has defects or is different than described at the time of purchase, you have the opportunity to complain to us.

You basically have a 14-day right of withdrawal in relation to the Consumer Act, but we give you a 30-day right of withdrawal.

If the item is to be exchanged or the purchase is to be canceled, you must return the item to us so that the item appears as new upon receipt, so that we have the opportunity to sell it to someone else. If the item appears used or damaged, you must pay for the impairment. We assess any impairment.

RETURN OF GOODS

If you regret your purchase, do the following:

Fill out our return slip that you received with the package and send it with your returned items.
Return the item within 30 days from the day you received the item.
The item must be returned in the same condition and packaging as you received it.
Return costs are borne by you.

If an uncollected item is returned to us, we ask you to pay the shipping and handling fee before the item is sent back.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

We work for the greatest possible data security and security when processing personal information from our visitors and customers. You can at any time gain full insight into your information registered with us. The registered information is stored for 5 years, while the Accounting Act requires the storage of accounting material for 5 years.

It is not possible to access the order confirmation subsequently via our website. If you want to receive a new copy of the contract (order confirmation) per. e-mail, then send an e-mail to merch@queen-machine.dk

All order confirmations, sales and delivery conditions are in Danish.

PAYMENT METHODS

With us you have different payment methods. We have tried to make a wide selection so that your preferred payment method could be used.

You can pay with Visa, Dankort, Mastercard and Mobilepay.

Payment will not be deducted from your account until the item is shipped. We encrypt all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.
